Due to the nature of shipping raw food, we have to charge for the special packaging,dry ice packaging and ice packs. The product weight is the weight of the product, plus the weight of the dry ice.
Raw food orders should be placed by Wednesday, so that I can ship your product out on Monday or Tuesday. I do not ship raw food close to the weekend. I want to ensure that your product is received frozen.
