Pickup & Local Delivery Life can get crazy with every day chores, children, work and more! To help simplify your life, the Pet Centre offers local pickup and delivery service.
- Order on Mondays before 5:00 PM.
- To avoid shipping charges, including raw food packaging, give us a call after you setup your account, so that we can modify your account, accordingly.
- We will call you when your product arrives to schedule a pickup or delivery time.
- There is a $3.00 service charge for all local deliveries less than 5 miles and $5.00 over 5 miles.
- Sign-up for automatic pickup or delivery and receive 5% off each 5th automatic delivery.
- Deliveries are scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays.
- When ordering raw food, we would appreciate it if you can pickup it up the day it arrives.

If you need crickets or other “bugs”, click on the green banner on the home page. Fluker Farms will delivery the crickets and other reptile products to your front door.
Raw Food For safety reasons, we can not accept returns on raw food. All raw food sales are final. Due to the special packaging required for shipping raw, there is an additional charge per case order. If you return the packaging, at your expense, I will refund you back $10.00 per package. For all pickups or deliveries, all raw food must be picked up or delivered on Fridays or Saturdays. For deliveries, we require somebody to be at the home to accept the order. We will not leave raw food.
Shipping & Returns
Return Policy Unopened and unused products may be returned for full refund, excluding shipping or delivery charges. Please e-mail us at sales@petcentreofsparta.com or call us at 973-729-6833 to obtain an authorization number and provide us with the order number being returned. If you wish to exchange the merchandise, please let us know which merchandise you wish. Write the authorization number outside the package and send it to:

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, send the merchandise with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If the merchandise is lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate party (Post Office, UPS, etc).

Delivery Not Accepted If your order is not accepted and is returned to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges.
Automatic Pickup, Delivery and Shipping Setup an automatic Pickup, Delivery and Shipping schedule; receive 5% off each 5th order. We will call you the week before your order is scheduled to verify your order and provide you the opportunity to modify your order, if needed (add a toy, Front-Line, etc).
Pickup & Local Delivery When ordering for pickup or local delivery, all orders MUST be placed before 5:00 PM on Monday. We will call you when your order arrives to schedule pickup or delivery. There is a $3.00 service charge for all local deliveries less than 5 miles and $5.00 over 5 miles. All deliveries are made on Thursdays and Fridays.
Product Descriptions We do try to keep our catalog up-to-date as best we can. There are times when the ingredient list may be different from the actual product label. This happens when a company makes changes to their product after our updates or we made a mistake. We apologize and request that you contact us before returning the product in question. We might have more information to add and you might decide to keep the product.
Payments We accept checks and all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Shipping All merchandise is shipped via Post Office, UPS, USPS or FedEx.
Damaged or Dented Products We take great care when packaging your order and will not pack any dented or damaged products. When you receive your order, please check your merchandise. If there are any damaged products, you must report it with 72 Hours to the delivering carrier.
Out of Stock Items Orders placed on out of stock items will be shipped within a 2 – 4 week window, depending on the item. We will call you with a scheduled date for shipping, pickup or delivery. If we learn that the merchandise will be out of stock for over a 3 weeks, we will contact you. You could either request a credit or wait for us to receive the merchandise from the distributor.
Satisfaction Is Our Moto If you are not happy with your purchase for it is too small, color is not right, simply return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging with the receipt. After 14 days, you can exchange the merchandise for another. There will be no refunds or exchanges 30 days after the merchandise was purchased or it has been worn or not in its original packaging. There are no refunds on special orders, treats, personalized items, customized ID tags or seasonal items.
Suggestions Order 1 or small bag when buying new treats or food for your pet. If you live in or near Sparta, NJ, stop by and we will be more than happy to help you find a treat or food for your pet that they would like. Always watch your pet when they are eating or playing with their new toy. You want to make sure that they eat or play with it safely. |
